TaylorMade P790 Irons

A combination of forged construction and an innovative and revolutionary SpeedFoam technology is what gives the P790 iron it’s all round performance. 

As a forged player’s iron you are guaranteed feel, forgiveness and superior shot-making precision. The cavity of the P790 iron utilises SpeedFoam technology, SpeedFoam is injected into the cavity and provides both enhanced ball speeds for powerful distance gains as well as delivering optimised sound and feel .

A cut-thru Speed Pocket on the sole deliver extreme flexibility to those shots that come of low on the face to provide the necessary forgiveness and consistency that will give you a chance of making a birdie or par rather than bogey or double bogey. 

The P790 features a super thin 1.75mm face with a reengineered Inverted Cone Technology, the combination of this face technology increase and provide extra forgiveness from heel-toe. To further improve forgiveness and shot-shaping the P790 iron features tungsten weighting to precisely place the CG and maximise MOI. 

To deliver the ultimate performance TaylorMade have fitted the P790 irons with the popular Dynamic Gold 105 shaft.
